Suzuki Association of Wisconsin: Strategic Plan

The Suzuki Association of Wisconsin (SAW) is a dynamic community of music educators, joined by parents, students, and music enthusiasts dedicated to enriching lives through the Suzuki method of music education.

SAW is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.

Intellerate provided full strategic planning services to SAW from January–March 2025, including organizational research, survey development, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, strategic plan retreat development and facilitation, and writing the final strategic plan in consultation with stakeholder groups.

I highly recommend Laurie Silverberg of Intellerate Consulting as a strategic planning facilitator.

It was a true pleasure to work with Laurie as she guided the Suzuki Association of Wisconsin through a strategic planning process. Having worked with other consultants in similar settings, I can confidently say Laurie stands out. Her preparation with our planning team was both thorough and efficient, enabling her to gain a deep understanding of our organization’s history and to help us envision a strong path forward. The retreat she facilitated was well-structured and dynamic, incorporating a variety of group processes that engaged both introverts and extroverts. We left the experience with clarity, a detailed report, and a practical, step-by-step action plan for implementation.
