KHLAAC Strategic Plan

The Kansas Hispanic & Latino American Affairs Commission (KHLAAC) is the official advisory body to the Governor on matters affecting Hispanic and Latino communities across the state of Kansas. The Commission serves to:

  • Provide expert policy guidance to state government
  • Build connections between Hispanic/Latino communities and state leaders
  • Advocate for community needs in education, healthcare, economic development, civic engagement, cultural affairs, and immigration
  • Ensure Hispanic and Latino perspectives inform legislative decisions
  • Support initiatives that improve the lives of all Kansans

From October 2024–May 2025, Intellerate provided full strategic planning services to KHLAAC, including conducting organizational research, survey development, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, strategic plan retreat development and facilitation, and writing the final strategic plan in consultation with stakeholder groups.
